Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is $4.95 for orders below $34.99 and free for qualifying orders of $34.99 or more after discounts.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. Lanae Aura Co. is shipping-only so every order is documented, packaged, and fulfilled through the same secure process.
How much are ready-made bracelets?
All regular ready-made bracelet designs are $5 each. Multi-bracelet bundle pricing may be available. Natural bead colors and patterns can vary slightly from piece to piece.
Can I request a custom bracelet?
Yes. Custom bracelet pricing varies according to size, materials, personalization, quantity, and deadline. Submit the custom-design request form for a written quote before payment or production.
Can opened body oils be returned?
No. For hygiene and safety, body oils must be unused, unopened, and protected by the original intact tamper-evident seal.
How quickly are orders processed?
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom, made-to-order, preorder, and holiday orders may require additional time stated in the written quote or product page.
