Returns & Damaged Orders
- Return requests: within 14 days of delivery.
- Body oils: unopened with tamper wrap intact for a standard return.
- Ready-made bracelets: unworn and unaltered.
- Custom/personalized orders: final sale after approval/production except for damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
- Damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect items: report within 72 hours.
- Customer pays return shipping when the return is not due to a Lanae Aura Co. error.
- Approved damaged-item claims may receive a replacement and/or refund.
