How custom orders work

2. Lanae Aura reviews availability and sends a written quote and design summary.
3. Approve the quote and payment terms before production begins.
4. Receive shipping updates when the bracelet is ready.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, reserve materials, or create a charge. Quotes are generally valid for seven calendar days unless stated otherwise.
